Return Policy

 1. Refund conditions Buyer hereby agrees that a refund may be requested under the MKBREEZE Performance Warranty or this Refund and Return Policy only in the following circumstances:

(1) The buyer does not receive the Goods;

(2) The goods are defective and/or damaged in transit;

(3) The Seller sends the goods that do not meet the agreed specifications (such as wrong size, color, etc.) to the Buyer;

(4) The goods received by the Buyer do not substantially match the description of the goods published by the Seller;

(5) Pursuant to a private agreement with Seller, Seller must at this time notify MKBREEZE Send their confirmation of the agreement.

Buyer's request for refund must be submitted via the MKBREEZE platform. MKBREEZE will review Buyer's application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, approve Buyer's application in accordance with the above conditions and these Terms of Service.

2. Return conditions Buyer shall ensure that the goods returned to Seller shall be in the condition in which Buyer received the goods, including but not limited to any items shipped with the Goods such as accessories, gifts, warranties, original packaging, attached documents, etc. Buyer's right to return the goods will be affected if Buyer fails to carry out necessary inspection of the Goods or wear out the Goods or packaging for other reasons attributable to Buyer. We recommend that buyers take a photograph of the product as soon as they receive it.

3. Responsibility for transportation cost of goods returned

(1) The Seller shall bear the transportation cost of the Buyer's return in case of the Seller's unforeseeable error (such as damaged or wrong goods delivered to the Buyer);

(2) In case the buyer changes his mind, the buyer shall return the goods if the seller agrees to return the goods, and the buyer shall bear the freight;

(3) In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the responsibility of the shipping costs, MKBREEZE shall, in its sole discretion, determine the party responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund of returned goods Buyer must wait until Seller or MKBREEZE confirms that it has received a message that the returned goods are eligible for return and that the goods are in good condition before receiving a refund. If MKBREEZE does not hear from Seller within the specified time, MKBREEZE will, without further notice to Seller, decide in its sole discretion whether to refund the applicable amount to Buyer.
